EVENT CANCELLATIONS

If the event is canceled by the track or event organizer, a 100% refund will be issued.

 

If the event organizer is the renting customer, the "customer cancellations" policy below applies regardless of event status.

 

CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS

If the renter cancels for any reason within 30 days of the event, no refund will be issued. A full credit will be available to use for an approved event within current track season.

 

If the purchaser cancels more than 30 days prior to the event, a full credit can be applied to an approved event within current track season or full refund will be issued, minus $225 non-refundable fee.

RUSH R CANCELLATIONS
In the event that we have to cancel your rental, you will receive a full refund or a credit valid for an approved event usable within 9 months.
